Already, new injectors have a certain spread of injection amounts! The manufacturers give a tolerance of up to 8% as “normal”. But in the worst case, this can lead to incorrect injection quantities per cylinder. As a result, the cylinders get injected with different amounts of fuel, and the engine does not run clean, which can cause damage to the pistons or valves! 

We have already paired the nozzles in advance using our ASNU test stand.
